Our commitment
MediNest Home Care aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard. We review the site as we make changes and fix issues we find.
What we've built in
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, and forms with visible focus.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images and labels on every form field.
- A clear heading structure on each page so screen readers can navigate quickly.
- Color and text sizing chosen for readable contrast on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Motion and animation that respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Videos that play silently for decoration and never carry essential information.
Known limitations
The embedded Google Map on our Connect page is provided by Google, so its accessibility is outside our control. Our full office address is always written out in text next to it.
