Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to type into one of our forms. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, city or area, the type of care you're asking about, your preferred contact method and time, a short message, and, on the Careers application, your work history and the resume file you attach.

We do not ask for and ask that you do not submit detailed medical or health information, diagnoses, medications, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details through this website. A short description of the kind of support you're looking for is all we need to start the conversation. Anything sensitive is best shared by phone with our care team.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your request, answer your questions, discuss care options, and review job applications. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your form submission is delivered

Our Request Care, Contact, and Careers forms are delivered to the MediNest team by email through Formspree, a third-party form delivery service. Your submission passes through Formspree's systems in order to reach us. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Map of our office; those services may receive your IP address as part of loading that content.

Storage and retention

Submissions arrive in the MediNest email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request or to consider your application. This website does not run its own visitor database, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single browser session entry is used to remember that you've already seen our welcome screen.

Children's information

When a parent or guardian contacts us about pediatric care, we collect only what the adult chooses to share. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Your choices
